Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how free trials, cancellations, and refunds work for the Hotset service, operated by The Vault Studios, Inc. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Free trial

New customers may start a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required, but you are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your paid subscription begins automatically when the trial ends and your payment method is charged the then-current price.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account’s billing settings (or the customer billing portal). When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. You keep access until that period ends; we do not cut off access mid-period.

No refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable. Every new customer gets a 7-day free trial to evaluate Hotset in full before any charge, so we do not provide refunds for subscription payments — including partial billing periods, unused time, or periods during which you did not use the Service.

You can cancel at any time to stop all future charges (see “Cancelling your subscription” above). You keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.

The only exception is a genuine billing error on our side — such as a duplicate charge or a charge after a timely cancellation. Contact us promptly and we will correct it.

Additional seats

Additional login seats are billed as part of your subscription and follow the same terms. Adding or removing seats takes effect according to your billing cycle and any applicable proration shown at checkout.

Price changes

If we change subscription prices, we will give you advance notice. Changes apply to the billing period after the notice; you may cancel before they take effect if you do not agree.
